Welcome to GloniVibe. By downloading, accessing, or using GloniVibe, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use GloniVibe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
GloniVibe currently provides, among other features:

You retain ownership of videos, audio, images, and other content you import or create. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the features you request (for example, on-device mixing and export). You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
GloniVibe does not generate video or audio content using third-party generative AI models. Outputs are produced from your imported media and on-device processing. You remain responsible for how you use and share exported files.
GloniVibe uses virtual coins to unlock certain export actions (currently 30 coins per successful generation/export in the creator tools). Coins are consumable, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by applicable law or App Store policies.

GloniVibe, its branding, UI, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the app as intended.
Your use of GloniVibe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how we use it.
We strive to keep GloniVibe available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or device limitations may affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You may stop using GloniVibe at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment disclaimers, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
GLONIVIBE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EXPORTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT PROCESSING WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CONTENT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GLONIVIBE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO GLONIVIBE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
