GloniVibe ("we", "us", or "our") explains in this Privacy Policy how we handle information when you use the GloniVibe mobile application and related services.
App positioning GloniVibe is a lightweight video BGM and vibe-editing tool. You import a video, choose background music, adjust the mix, and export a finished clip. Native editing runs on your device. The app also supports sign-in, optional embedded web experiences, consumable in-app purchases for virtual coins, and analytics for stability and marketing measurement.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use GloniVibe, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account and session data: When you sign in, we receive and store an authentication token and basic profile fields returned by our servers (such as user ID and account metadata). A persistent device identifier is stored in the iOS Keychain to support device-based sign-in.
- User content: Videos, audio, thumbnails, and images you import or capture for editing. In the native creator tools, this content is processed on your device. Exported outputs may be saved to your photo library if you choose.
- Local profile data (creator mode): Nickname, avatar image, coin balance, export history, saved BGM entries, and related preferences stored locally on your device.
- Device and app information: Device model, operating system version, app version, bundle identifier, network status, locale, and similar technical data used for security, configuration, and diagnostics.
- Analytics and attribution data: Through Adjust and the Facebook SDK, we may collect advertising identifiers (subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice), attribution parameters, purchase events, and app activity signals.
- In-app purchase data: Product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase amounts, and coin credit events. Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.
- WebView session context: When the in-app browser loads our web experience, selected account, configuration, and device context may be injected into the page so the web content can function (for example, login user info, app configuration, privacy/terms URLs, and device UUID).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide sign-in, session management, and app configuration.
- Enable video import, BGM mixing, trimming, format conversion, audio extraction, and export.
- Operate virtual coin balances and consumable in-app purchases.
- Maintain local history, saved BGM, and profile settings in creator mode.
- Deliver remote configuration and embedded web content through our servers.
- Measure app performance, attribute installs and purchases, and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Detect fraud, enforce security controls, and troubleshoot errors.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.
3. Local Storage vs. Server Storage
On your device: Creator-mode coins, nickname, avatar, export history, BGM presets, permission-denial flags, and similar creator data are stored locally. Media you import for native editing is copied into the app sandbox for processing.
On our servers: Authentication tokens, user profile data retrieved after sign-in, remote app configuration, strategy/policy payloads, attribution uploads, and security/risk telemetry may be transmitted to or stored on servers operated by us or our service providers.
Important: Native media processing uses Apple's AVFoundation on device. We do not send your source videos to a third-party AI service for editing.
4. AI Features & Image Processing
GloniVibe does not use third-party generative AI models to edit your videos or audio. Processing such as mixing, trimming, format conversion, audio extraction, and thumbnail generation is performed locally on your device through native iOS media frameworks.
5. Device Permissions
GloniVibe may request the following iOS permissions. You can deny any optional permission; related features will be limited.
| Permission | Purpose |
| Photo Library | Import videos for BGM editing, select background music and profile images, and save exported vibe videos to your library. |
| Camera | Take your profile photo. Camera access may also be needed for media features inside the in-app web experience. |
| Microphone | Support voice or video features inside the in-app web experience when you choose to use those features. |
| App Tracking Transparency | Allow Adjust and Facebook to use your device advertising identifier for ad attribution and performance measurement, if you consent. |
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may process information on our behalf, including:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: In-app purchase processing.
- Adjust: Attribution, analytics, and App Tracking Transparency prompt handling.
- Facebook SDK (Meta): Analytics and purchase measurement events.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers supporting our API, logging, instant messaging endpoints, and web content delivery.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and our instructions where applicable.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the app (analytics, hosting, payment infrastructure through Apple).
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, us, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.
8. Data Retention
- Local creator data remains on your device until you delete the app, clear app data, or use in-app controls that reset local state.
- Server-side account and log data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Analytics providers may retain data according to their own retention schedules.
9. Account Deletion
From the Profile screen you can sign out or use the account deletion control. These actions clear your local session credentials and return you to the sign-in flow. Depending on remote configuration, additional server-side account deletion features may be available inside the app or web experience. To request deletion of server-held data, contact us at the email below.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/WSS where applicable), device keychain storage for device identifiers, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children's Privacy
GloniVibe is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. International Users
If you access GloniVibe from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in other countries with different data protection laws.
13. Your Choices & Rights
